Cancellations and refunds
An inquiry can be ended at any time before you accept a package and make a payment. Confirmed bookings will follow the written terms supplied with that package.
Before confirmation
Starting a WhatsApp conversation or requesting details is not a booking, so there is nothing to cancel and no inquiry fee to refund.
After confirmation
Cancellation eligibility and charges may depend on airlines, hotels, local operators and other suppliers included in your package. The applicable terms must be shared before payment.
Medical travel
Medical travel may involve separate provider and travel cancellation rules. BagPack coordinates travel only; treatment deposits, clinical decisions and provider refunds are governed by the relevant provider's written terms.
Policy details pending
Exact cancellation deadlines, service fees, refund timing and payment rules still require confirmation. These will be published and supplied in writing before online bookings or payments are accepted.
