BagPack handles inquiries through WhatsApp and uses limited first-party analytics to understand how the public website is used.
Website analytics
We automatically record page visits, destination interest, approximate country or region, an anonymous browser-session identifier and time actively spent on a page. We do not store your name or raw IP address in these analytics records. We use this information to understand audience interest and improve our packages and website.
What we collect
Beyond analytics, we receive the information you choose to share in your inquiry, such as your name, phone number, preferred destination, and travel needs. Please do not send medical records unless specifically requested through an agreed secure process.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information to answer questions and coordinate travel. Analytics data helps us optimize site performance and content relevance. Information is shared with providers only when needed for your travel arrangements.
Your choices
You can ask us on WhatsApp to correct or delete inquiry information we hold, subject to any legal or confirmed booking record requirements. Anonymous analytics cannot ordinarily be linked back to a named visitor.
Security
Detailed retention periods, legal entity information and a dedicated privacy contact still require confirmation. This policy will be updated before additional website forms or online payments are introduced.
