These provisional terms explain how inquiries currently work. Final booking, payment and supplier terms will be provided with each confirmed package.
Inquiry stage
Submitting a WhatsApp inquiry does not create a booking or payment obligation. Package availability, price, dates and inclusions must be confirmed directly by BagPack before you commit.
Package details
Do not rely on an unconfirmed social post or previous quote. The package details shared for your specific inquiry will identify what is included and excluded, along with any supplier terms.
Traveller responsibilities
Travellers remain responsible for valid passports, visas, entry requirements, personal insurance and providing accurate information. Medical travellers must seek independent professional medical advice.
Terms requiring confirmation
Final payment schedules, booking conditions, supplier responsibilities and liability terms are still to be confirmed and will be added before BagPack accepts website-based bookings or payments.
